We’re here today at the Sunset Bay Cafe with owner Bryce Jarvis. He’s here to talk a little bit about his restaurant and why you will love it the next time you stop in for a bite.
Back in high school, Bryce worked in banquet setup with Abbott Resorts. He turned that experience into over 20 years of working in restaurants. Now, he has one of his own.
When Bryce was looking for a location for his restaurant, he wanted something unique. He found that at Sandestin Resort, where Sunset Bay Cafe is located. There’s plenty of parking and space inside the restaurant and out on the patio. The vision was to put together a nice, family-friendly restaurant that you could come to for any occasion. That vision has clearly been realized.
“The menu is as diverse as it is delicious.”
The menu is as diverse as it is delicious. For breakfast, Bryce recommends the Hillbilly Benedict. It consists of a fried gouda grit cake, topped with a fried chicken breast, a poached egg, and hollandaise. For lunch, their shrimp and grits is the way to go. Gouda grits, blackened shrimp, and a delicious red-eye gravy to top it off. It’s fantastic.
Sunset Bay Cafe is located right on the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort inside of the Linkside Conference Center at 158 Sandestin Boulevard N. You can learn plenty more about them at www.sunsetbaycafesandestin.com.
